Needs and Strategies

Needs and Strategies
Needs are universal, i. e. everyone has it (even if he decides not to fulfill it or represses  it). Needs are independent from time, place, person or action. They go a symbiosis with the strategies. Each strategy is an attempt to fulfill one or several needs. This means that me for example have no need to drive a car; drive a car is a strategy among many possibility, for example, it fulfilled the need of flexibility and ease (to get easy from A to B).
A human has needs in every moment, which is manifested by feelings.
Will you get a deeper insight into the causes of the problem or conflict, so the needs must be clearly separated from strategies. Conflicts arise only at the strategy and never at the need level.
Needs that are felt by us concretely, such as the desire of praise or food is called conscious or open needs. Others slumber in secrecy can be open to needs, when they are aroused. This happens very often on the advertisement.
